Individual Employee Counseling

Joyworks has a diverse team that includes counseling psychologists and clinical psychologists. Through face-to-face or online one-on-one consultations, we provide timely assistance to employees in managing stress related to work, life, and family, while developing and constructing coping strategies.

Physical and Mental Health Assessment

Joyworks has a comprehensive medical system background that provides various data-driven assessments, such as autonomic nervous system testing, home sleep assessments, and physiological feedback. These assessments can objectively evaluate employees' mental health, identify high-stress symptoms like autonomic nervous system disorders at an early stage, and offer appropriate interventions.

Mental Health Literacy Course

Systematically enhancing the mental health literacy of company supervisors, the employee mental wellness and health seminars cover topics such as an introduction to common mental illnesses, addressing workplace bullying and sexual harassment, how to provide support, listen, and counsel, emergency on-site assessment and response, and support for special groups of employees.

Customized Mental Health Materials 

Joyworks offers a variety of mental health materials, such as newsletters, videos, and single-page DM. Customized resources are provided based on the specific themes required by the company.

Online Integration Platform (Line@)

The plan includes the integrated Line@ platform, allowing employees to schedule individual consultations and access various resources online, ensuring they can utilize EAP services in the most convenient way. 

Crisis management plan

The plan includes support groups, health seminars, individual consultations, and assistance to companies in managing emergencies, including trauma, grief, conflicts, and other organizational challenges.

Initial assessment

The EAP evaluation team collaborates with your company's HR to convene an assessment meeting, thoroughly understanding the current personnel situation and needs.

Service design

Based on the assessment results, design a customized service plan and provide a quotation.

Implementation and review

Provide quarterly execution reports, review utilization rates, and adjust service content and processes accordingly.
